Oulun Interaktiiviset Eläytyjät, or more commonly known as OIEI, is a youth organization subsidized by the city of Oulu, in Finland. Since 1996 OIEI has provided live-action role playing games (larps) and activities related to larping. OIEI is open to all new people and all new ideas.

In OIEI you have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities besides larping and organizing larp events. These activities include sewing costumes and dresses, making props, dancing, role playing games and softair games and more.

Larping is somewhat similar to improvisational theatre but larps are intended for the players themselves rather than for an audience. Players aim to experience the life of their character via the game and by submerging themselves into the world of the game and by interacting with other players.
